MICH TURNER MBE is a trained Food Scientist and owner of the Little Venice Cake Company. Over the years she has developed an impressive client list for corporate events including BAFTA, as well as for private clients and celebrities including David Beckham, Gordon Ramsay, Madonna and Sir Paul McCartney. She has a hugely successful business ranging from cookery classes around the world to a line of cakes available in Sainsbury's, Tesco and Morrisons. Mich has recently launched a Little Venice Cake Company cake-baking and decorating equipment range.
