About the Author
Julian Parish has long been an enthusiast for Mercedes' recent classics. He has worked with independent specialists and Mercedes itself to prepare this guide, his fifth book for Veloce. His other Buyer's Guides include the R129-series Mercedes SL and a translation of the Essential Buyer's Guide to the Mercedes W124 from German into English. He has also written the popular books "France: The Essential Guide for Car Enthusiasts", and "The Essential Guide to Driving in Europe". After a career in publishing and international software development, Julian now contributes regularly to magazines including Classic & Sports Car, and translates motoring content from French and German into English. He is a member of the Guild of Motoring Writers.
