Description

In Making Sense of Me, Victoria Hall shares the lessons she learnt from rebuilding herself after being overwhelmed by the challenges she faced in her life. She takes you on a journey of self-discovery, using her life experiences and neuroscientific insights into human behaviour to help you find yourself. You will learn that in order to even contemplate change, you need to accept where you are in life and who you are today. Asking for help, slowing down and understanding your emotions are critical in this process. Victoria teaches that you must align with your beliefs but keep in mind that as much as our beliefs anchor us, they sometimes limit us. It is critical to have the right people around you to provide support as you embark on this fascinating and life changing journey of self-discovery. If you struggle with your responses to life experiences, this is the book for you. The change begins with you.

About the Author
Victoria Hall is a self-development coach, trainer and speaker who is passionate about helping people stuck in unhelpful behaviour patterns change their lives by understanding themselves better. With a diverse career background as a RAF Officer, partner in a law firm and HR professional, things seemed to be going well until at the age of 38, she suffered an emotional breakdown. Victoria could no longer sustain the unhappiness of a life where she was not being herself and was coached to recovery by learning about what makes her tick as a human being and to take control of what she can change about herself. By the age of 40, she had run the London Marathon, started her own business and, most importantly, was content with her life. Having a desire to help others do the same, she now works with professionals in senior leadership roles, encouraging them to be the change they want to see in others.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
