Rachel Davis is the co-founder of the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Phonics Programme, a comprehensive, early reading programme.

With a career in education spanning 36 years-including 20 years as the headteacher of an outstanding school in Birmingham and 12 years as an Ofsted Inspector-Rachel brings a wealth of experience and insight to her work. She has also served as a National Leader of Education, supporting schools in challenging circumstances to significantly raise and sustain standards.

Manreet Ratan is a qualified teacher and experienced education consultant with a background in English leadership across diverse school settings. Specialising in literacy, she has supported schools nationally with expert guidance on effective English teaching.
