There are some books that, within just a few pages, you know you are going to both enjoy and feel deliciously challenged by. This is one of those books. A very human and passionate appeal for a kind of school leadership that isn't just about doing the right things, but about doing them in the right way and for the right reasons. Highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence, the need for genuine self-belief and the power of coaching, this is a manifesto for leading in a different way. Highly recommend! -- Andy Buck * Founder of Leadership Matters and creator of the BASIC Coaching Method, @andy__buck *
