It shows how they learned to lead with love for the benefit of themselves, their organisations, and their people. It shows that leading with love is something that is practised by leaders who are more emotionally, morally, and spiritually mature. Leading with love is a sign of psychological maturity, whilst leading with fear is a sign of hindered emotional and spiritual development. About the Author

Karen Blakeley was formerly Programme Leader for the DBA and Head of the Centre for Responsible Management at Winchester Business School. She has published widely in the area of responsible leadership. Karen also spent 20 years as a leadership development consultant and now works as a writer, teacher, and coach.

Chris Blakeley has run a successful leadership development consultancy, Waverley Learning, for over 20 years and is Programme Director for the Society of Leadership Fellows at St George's House, Windsor Castle. Chris is also a Lay Benedictine and works as a Spiritual Director and Retreat Guide alongside his leadership work.
