Reviews
As a thirty-year practicing administrator, I've never before seen such a common-sense approach to leadership. Just when you think you have seen it all, along comes an employee blooper or blunder that makes you scratch your head. This book takes the element of surprise out of dealing with such foolishness. I highly recommend it for all administrators as surprises don't just happen to the inexperienced. -- Timothy R. Jenney, PhD, MBA, School Support Officer, Houston Independent School District, Houston, TX
For anyone in or aspiring to a leadership position in K-12 education, this book is a must-read. It will make you stop and think before you make a quick decision that could be harmful to your students/children and your staff. -- Gregory M. Logan, director, George Washington University Hampton Roads Center
