The extensively revised second edition of Issues in Cultural Tourism Studies provides a new framework for analyzing the complexity of cultural tourism and its increasing globalization in existing as well as emergent destinations of the world. About the Author

Melanie Smith is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Tourism Management at Corvinus University, Budapest. She is also currently Chair of ATLAS (the Association for Tourism and Leisure Education). Her research interests are in Cultural Tourism, Health and Wellness Tourism, and Cultural Regeneration.
