He has edited the Irish Bird Report and is current managing editor of Wings, the membership magazine of BirdWatch Ireland. Jim Wilson is an independent wildlife writer, broadcaster and tour leader. He acts as a wildlife tour guide on small cruise ships specialising in the Polar regions.
