Reviews
'International mediation has immense potential. This book provides the legal tools to make it a reality.' Felix Steffek, Professor of Law, University of Cambridge
'Just as the field of international arbitration now has many treatises (of theory and practice), mediation now has a comprehensive text to be consulted with respect to issues of practice, policy, ethics and theory ... This book raises the issues we will watch and study in the decades to come ... I have learned a lot in reading this book and so will you.' Carrie Menkel-Meadow, Professor, University of California, Emeritus Professor, Georgetown University
