Description

'A beautiful invitation to reconnect with the web of life that flows within and between every one of us.' Kate Raworth, author of Doughnut Economics

'The book perfectly captures how we need to rediscover the world around us and deepen our sense of belonging and connection to planet earth through simple but regular practices. A great read.' Tom Rivett-Carnac, Founding Partner, Global Optimism and Co-author of The Future We Choose

'Profound and practical, deftly observed and beautifully written.' Lindsay Levin, founder of Leaders' Quest and TED Countdown

What does it mean? How do you say it? Why does it relate to me?

InnSaei (pronounced 'in-sy-eh') is the Icelandic word for intuition. It means:
* the sea within (the flow of our unconscious mind)
* to see within (how we introspect)
* to see from the inside out (how we navigate the world).

InnSaei exists within all of us.

We live in a world where it's easy to feel lost, disconnected or without a purpose. Learning about InnSaei is the first step to reconnecting with yourself and the environment.

Hrund Gunnsteinsdottir explains how aligning with the sea within will help you to make more informed decisions and welcome creativity and wonder back into your life; learning to see within will improve your self-awareness, empathy and tolerance; and seeing from the inside out will empower you to make change around you and live a more fulfilled life.

Icelandic wisdom to help you heal yourself and reconnect with the world around you

InnSaei is a comforting embrace inviting you to see yourself in its pages and delve into the profound and meaningful beauty of its subject matter.Innsaei is a comforting embrace inviting you to see yourself in its pages and delve into the profound and meaningful beauty of its subject matter.
The incredible empathy woven throughout the book creates an intimate and vulnerable account of life that feels remarkably close to the heart and the mind. As you navigate the space between what you know and what you feel, Innsaei gently guides you toward a fearless embrace of the present moment.
This book is full of actionable wisdom: the earlier you read it, the longer it will be a source of warmth and inspiration that will stay with you for a lifetime.

"Hrund has written a powerful book that is at once a song for the soul and a guide to everyday life. Her writing has a hypnotic rhythm that made me feel I was learning from the rhythm of the ocean currents. Her wisdom comes from the heart. I was drawn into the book and read it front to back in a single sitting. It nourished my soul, and I am confident it will nourish yours." * Daniel L. Shapiro, PhD. Director, Harvard International Negotiation Program and author, Negotiating the Nonnegotiable *

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
