Reviews
'The stories are ssured, mature and resonant. They reveal a writer with a natural ear for speech and a skilled handling of pace... [L]isten to Lewis's voice, to the voices of his fiction, and then listen to the unspoken dialogue between his letters and his stories, made possible by their leaning against each other in this book.'
