Description

Alex Albury has it all: a successful public relations business, a luxurious house, a beautiful wife and two sons. Then one September morning the police burst into his home and arrest him. Now, three and a half years later, newly released from Camp Hill Prison on the Isle of Wight, Alex is intent on finding the man who framed him for fraud and embezzlement. All he knows is his name: James Andover. But who is he? Where is he? Alex embarks on his quest to track down Andover, but with the trail cold he is frustrated at every turn. Worse, he finds himself under suspicion by the police. The pressure is on and Alex has to unearth the answers and quick. But time is running out. For Alex the future looks bleak and soon he is left with the option - to kill or be killed...

Reviews
'I was hooked from the first page. Pauline Rowson's thrillers are a contemporary take on the classic page-turner. She weaves terrific plots around memorable characters, including In For The Kill's reluctant hero, Alex Albury. Her writing is as sharp as a punch in the ribs. Attention grabbing. Compulsive.' Editor Hampshire Life Magazine'Pauline Rowson's novels are packed with twists and turns. This is an enjoyable crime novel and Pauline is a crime writer to keep an eye on. Great Stuff.' Caroline Mileham, Books Buyer, Play.com I bought this book solely because of where it was set, and was a little dubious as it's not the genre I usually read. I picked it up at 10.30pm, thinking that I would start it before I went to sleep... but I couldn't put it down. I finally read the last page at 3.20am the next morning. An amazing book by a very talented author, both I highly recommend.WARNING: May cause sleep loss! Ellen Reeves www.amazon.co.uk "A change of direction at every turn. Keep notes on all the players. If you like Jeffery Deaver, you'll love this story. The best mystery I've ever read by a female author." Amazon 5* Review

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
