Aakanksha Kishore is an Assistant Professor of Quantitative Techniques and Operations Management at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India.

Behzad Behdani is a Professor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Department of Business, Strategy, and Political Science, University of South-Eastern Norway. His current research is focused on smart mobility and logistics, particularly how digital technologies help transform the existing business models in the logistics sector.

Heena Thanki is an Associate Professor at Shri Jairambhai Patel Institute of Business Management and Computer Applications, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

Found a hard to get book…
