A humorous and stunningly illustrated lesson in good manners and perseverance. Perfect for pre schoolers! * picture books blogger *
Wonderfully told and superbly illustrated * Parents In Touch *
This gorgeous picture book perfectly encapsulates that inability to just 'wait'. ...A great story for starting discussions on manners - and perhaps children can be persuaded to test how long they are prepared to wait for a small treat!' -- Alison Brown * Reading Zone *
A tribute to the virtues of patience from the award winning Steve Antony * Daily Express *
This deliciously droll Panda and his gigantic doughnut will have you shouting for seconds * WRD ABOUT BOOKS - Spring 2016 *
The use of space ... is masterly, and the various characters each bring their own personalities to the page ... Sure to be a firm favourite with any panda/penguin/doughnut fan! * School Librarian *
Lively good humour * Kirkus *
The picture book formula at its magic best ... Antony succeeds without gimmicks: the very young child will be gripped by his cosy drawings and the cliffhanger: will the penguin's patience be rewarded? ... Even the most impatient children will wish to return to Antony's sparse, expressive prose * The Daily Telegraoh *
a very simple tale told with minimal text, the beauty of this picture book -- released in paperback yesterday -- is its illustrations * The List *
A very simple tale told with minimal text, the beauty of this picture book ... is in its illustrations, and in particular the world-weary look in the eyes of the pernickety panda * Evening Echo (Cork) *
Sure to be a firm favourite with any panda/penguin/doughnut fan! * School Librarian *
Antony's picture books stress the virtues of behaving well. But the engaging illustrations and zappy prose ensure that children never suspect they are being preached to. * Telegraph.co.uk *

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
