About the Author

Abul Masrur, PhD, is a Life Fellow of the IEEE, an Adjunct Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy, and Adjunct Faculty at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where he has been teaching courses including Advanced Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, Vehicular Power Systems, Electric Drives, and Power Electronics since around 2003.
