About the Author
Author Susie Heal has moved all over the country, buying and selling property along the way, and has learned from experience how to identify potential problems and avoid them. She has written two books on buying and selling property Buying Your Home (Harper Collins 1996) and Selling Your Home (HarperCollins 1995) and this new book takes into account the many changes that have happened in the property market since then. Susie has also run a letting agency and worked in conveyancing for more than ten years.
