About the Author
David Sunderland is one of the most respected endurance coaches in the country. He is currently the England National Coach Mentor for Middle-Distance (800m - 5000m including Steeplechase). In his official coaching capacity he has attended as a team coach the Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and Commonwealth Games. He continues to lecture extensively all over the world and passes on over forty years of enormous coaching experience and expertise through his lectures, writing and mentoring.
