He is currently a professor emeritus at San Antonio College, where he teaches MCSA, and MS:Server Virtualization certification courses. Mr. Carswell has written numerous textbooks for Course Technology and Cengage Learning. In addition, Mr. Carswell authored TEST DRIVE THE MICROSOFT PRIVATE CLOUD for Cengage PTR. Ms. Shen Jiang -- Sharon"-- has 11 years experience with large organizations. She holds a Master s Degree in Computer Information Systems from South Dakota State University and a Master s Degree in Linguistics from Jilin University.
