Reviews
Provides new or enlarged insights at variouslevels of spatial, temporal and explanatory detail. There is no doubt that this book is both handsome and scholarly, informative and questioning ... the book is thought-provoking and informative, starting with origins (which always fascinate) and ending with the future. It deserves to be widely read. An attractive book. Provides new or enlarged insights at variouslevels of spatial, temporal and explanatory detail. The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
