About the Author
KaeLyn Rich is a staff writer for the popular queer women's website Autostraddle.com. A queer feminist, a direct action organiser, a nonprofit lifer, and sexuality educator, she is the director of the Genesee Valley Chapter of the New York Civil Liberties Union, the former community affairs coordinator for Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York, and has community organizing experience that dates back to stuffing folders for her parents' union meetings. KaeLyn lives in Rochester, NY with her spouse, their new baby, and a house full of furkids: a xenophobic cat, two bossy bunnies, and two quirky guinea pigs.
