Brian Greene discusses superstring theory and the quest for a unified theory of the universe. Philip Dawid explores the uses and abuses of statistical evidence in landmark legal cases while Cherie Booth looks at the role of evidence in domestic and international law. In the final chapter Karen Armstrong considers the role of evidence in religious belief.

Considers the nature of evidence in areas including geological change, superstring theory, law and religion.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
