Joseph McIsaac is Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology, University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Connecticut, USA. Having spent almost 18 years as a military medical officer, he continues in part-time government service with the US National Disaster Medical System. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists Committee on Trauma and Emergency Preparedness, and is a founding Board Member of the Trauma Anesthesiology Society. Kelly McQueen is Professor and Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wisconsin, USA. She is the Founder and Inaugural President of the Alliance for Surgery and Anesthesia Presence, a collective member society of the International Surgical Society, and Founder and President of The Global Surgical Consortium. She serves on the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesia Publications Committee, and previously served as the President of the Arizona Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Chair of the American Society of Anesthesiologists Committee on Global Humanitarian Outreach. Corry 'Jeb' Kucik is a Captain in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps, currently serving as Chief Medical Officer, Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor, Washington, USA.
