Professor Flaherty supplies an introduction to the writing of Canadian legal history and, with his contributors, provides an important building block on which a significant tradition of indigenous legal history in Canada may grow and flourish.
About the Author
David H. Flaherty is a professor emeritus in the Department of History and the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario. He now specializes in the management of privacy and information issues.
