About the Author
Dr Sam Middlemiss is a Reader in Law at Robert Gordon University and was one of the first arbitrators appointed by ACAS to work on their arbitration scheme for dealing with unfair dismissal Margaret Downie is a Senior Lecturer in Law and Academic Strategic Lead at Robert Gordon University. She was a solicitor in Aberdeen and Glasgow for over 15 years and has a wide range of experience of private practice, in particular in the employment area, tribunal work and civil litigation.

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…
