OMAR S. MAZZONI, PE, D.Sc., is the Owner/President-Founder of Systems Research International, Inc., and has been a consultant for electrical systems in the energy industry for more than 49 years. He has been an instructor for special courses for government agencies in the U.S. and abroad, as well as teaching university-level courses at George Washington University, Pratt Institute of New York, Zimbabwe University, and Harare Polytechnic.
