Reviews

It clearly explains the basis of the law in relation to claims for delays and disruption, and the requirements of different forms of contract for a valid claim. Helpfully, it links this to relevant case law...I would recommend this book to all construction professionals, both those starting their career and also experienced individuals.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
