Reviews
Monaghan's textbook is (now) a classic book in terms of its readability and its accessibility, and it offers a great introduction to criminal law. It covers the important issues of the academic discipline of criminal law and is without the complexity which will lose some students who need a gentler introduction to the academic study of criminal law. The presentation of Monaghan's textbook is user-friendly, EDI sensitive, and helpful via many visual techniques, such as flow charts, tables, decision trees, and more. Further, the digital content which the textbook offers is practical and rewarding when used for further study, through functions such as multiple choice questions, self-test questions, and flashcards. * Chris Lloyd, Senior Lecturer and Subject Coordinator, Oxford Brookes University. *
The book is clearly written and makes good use of examples to help students to understand difficult concepts. Case law is analysed well, including comparisons between conflicting cases and excerpts from relevant cases. * Dr. Ailbhe O'Loughlin, Senior Lecturer, University of York *
The summary, the bigger picture, and Questions are of immense help to readers (students and teachers alike) in engaging with the topics in great depth while also simultaneously assisting the students in checking their understanding as they finish a particular topic and move forward in the module. * Dr. Shailesh Kumar, Lecturer in Law, Royal Holloway, University of London *

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
