Rebecca Sametz Riddle, PhD, CRC, NCC, LPC, is a Core Faculty Member at Capella University. She focuses on youth with disabilities, family support, workforce readiness, employer needs, and psychosocial adjustment for individuals and veterans.

Lynn O'Brien, EdD, LPCC, LMHC, RPT, NCC, is an Assistant Professor at Capella University. With experience as a clinician, school counselor, and counselor educator, O'Brien builds relationships and nurtures development and growth through strength-based and experiential activities.

Blair Sumner Vincent, PhD, NCC, in her role as an Academic Director, is tasked with overseeing innovation strategies. She consistently evaluates emerging strategies, software solutions, and educational approaches. She aims to continually challenge and reshape the landscape of higher education.

Found a hard to get book…
