About the Author
In 20 years of fieldwork, Iain Soden has spent half his career in the city of Coventry. He has specialised in monastic studies and has managed fieldwork on the sites of five different orders. The author of many articles on medieval Coventry and medieval monasteries, he is currently Planning Archaeologist, Coventry City Council.
