About the Author
Chef Karen Martini's acclaimed career includes two-hatted stints at Melbourne Wine Room and Sydney's Icebergs Dining Room, as well as her own ventures - the latest of which is the ambitious Hero, in Melbourne's iconic ACMI building, where she is a founding partner and creative food director. The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
