The present book has been meticulously compiled to cater to the diverse needs of individuals engaged in small-scale business ventures. Its language and tone have been deliberately simplified to effectively reach the various interest groups highlighted. It is worth noting that the book has been primarily derived from a series of field surveys, Focus Group discussions, interviews, questionnaires, and literature reviews on the subject matter. The field of economics is vast and complex, with numerous intricate aspects. Despite the plethora of texts and publications in this field, books that focus on the application of economic principles to the entrepreneurial sphere are relatively scarce. Entrepreneurs, government officials, students of economics and business management often grapple with the challenge of adapting economic principles to the entrepreneurial system. This book, along with its predecessors, aims to bridge this gap. To achieve this objective, the books structure has been designed to provide an in-depth exposition of entrepreneurial principles and small-scale business operations.
