About the Author
Gary Soo is a practicing barrister and chartered engineer. He has been practicing in areas of civil litigation involving commercial and construction disputes and arbitration for more than twenty years. From 2008 to 2010, he served as the secretary-general of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. He was also the president of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators from 2006 to 2008 and from 2010 to 2011.
