With some of the Amazonian's help, he also runs a free program called "BeSA - Become a Solutions Architect" to help individuals learn the technical and behavioral skills required for a successful solutions architect. Juan Carlos Ruiz is a technical instructor based in Barcelona, Spain. He has been working in the IT industry for a long time, in top companies such as DEC, Compaq, Microsoft and AWS, in multiple roles as Tech Support, Development, Operations, and especially Training.
