Description
"The balls are stacked high," Clipper says using clicks.
"Let's build with the balls and use them like bricks!"
Clawzo's delighted. "What shall we make?
Before the tide comes and the sculptures all break?"
Clipper and Clawzo love to build sculptures in the sand together, but when Clipper is swept away with the tide, Clawzo must find her friend.
About the Author
Alongside his career in finance, Tim Ewins performed stand-up comedy for eight years. He also had a very brief acting stint (he's in the film Bronson, somewhere in the background) before turning to writing. His first novel, We Are Animals, was published in 2021, followed by Tiny Pieces of Enid in 2023. Pension Gangster is his first non-fiction book. When not writing, Tim enjoys learning about football through his eager son, reading (of course), swimming and spending time at home in Clevedon with his wife and son. Beth Bridger is a designer and illustrator based in Clevedon. She is the founder and owner of Boodle, which produces and sells ethical children's and adult clothing, along with a selection of prints. Growing up in rural Devon has fuelled her love for nature and animals. Clipper and Clawzo is her first picture book.
