About the Author
Rudy Heilig has spent all of his life around Citroens. His father, Hank Heilig, owned a Citroen dealership in Vancouver, Canada in the 1970s, and in his early teens, prior to even having a driver's license, Rudy could frequently be found in the dealership's garage tinkering with a Citroen D-model. Rudy emulated his father and become a mechanic at his garage before eventually forming Citroen Concours of America in San Diego, California - a company devoted to all aspects of the Citroen automobile. He began publishing Citroen in the early 1990s, a technical/informational newsletter, and continues to be its chief contributor, editor and publisher to this day.
