Their gourmet meat products were available throughout the UK and their popular Modern Meat Shop branches in London sold premium meat and charcuterie in modern and welcoming environments. They live in London, UK with their two small children.

Louise Pickford is a sought-after food writer and food stylist with over 25 years' experience. She is the author of numerous cookbooks published worldwide, including La Paella, The Noodle Bowl and The Dutch Oven Cookbook for Ryland Peters & Small. English by birth, she was based in Sydney, Australia for a decade, but now lives in Brie, Northern France.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…
