Therese of Lisieux is among today's most popular and best-loved saints. Yet she entered a Carmelite convent when she was just 15, and died from tuberculosis in 1897 when she was only 24. About the Author
was the compiler of By Love Alone. He was parish priest at St Mary of the Angels, Bayswater, and was well known as a writer, broadcaster and adviser on religious affairs, before he died in 1997.
