Often when you start an art course or drawing course, it is assumed that you know the basics. If you need basic practice , this is the book for you. It covers mark making, drawing in different media and step by step instructions showing you how to draw different objects.

Unlike most drawing guides, this svelte handbook does not limit itself to black-and-white line drawings but instead devotes a good portion of its pages to color, covering colored pencil, pastel, crayon, and chalks as media. Box (Drawing Step-by-Step) discusses how to mix the colors of a limited palette to produce vibrant drawings. Materials, mark making, tone, texture, and composition are also explained. VERDICT: Teens, young adults, and beginning artists of all ages may pick up this guide for quick drawing inspiration.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
