Lottie Bedlow is a fan favourite contestant from Channel 4's 2020 The Great British Bake Off. Before appearing on the show, Lottie was a Pantomime Producer with a degree in Animal Behaviour Studies. Now, she spends most of her time encouraging other people to give baking a go, posting bake-along videos and sharing original recipes online. Lottie is based on the south coast where she lives with family, and it is this that's at the heart of her relationship with cooking and baking: Lottie likes to make food that tastes good for the people she loves.
