Reviews
"The book offers a comprehensive discussion of the challenges of AI and begins to discuss ways that we can prevent the worst-case scenarios. This book will help readers to think critically about technology and begin to question the stories they have been told about technology being bad. Instead they can decide to take control, using design and planning to make better technology." --Carol J. Smith, Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute, www.carologic.com
"An essential and authoritative overview of the dazzling future of artificial intelligence and a wake-up call to the world to join together to control the development of AI for the benefit-and, possibly, preservation-of humanity." --Blackpool Gazette, 'Must-read of the week', 17 May
