Progress is too slow to meet six key nutrition targets and Zero Hunger by 2030, with the latest data showing that there remain 256 million hungry people in Africa today. This report suggests that countries should develop policies and invest to achieve a more diversified economy and an inclusive structural transformation. Reducing inequalities, including gender-based and spatial ones, will be essential to strengthen household resilience and inclusive growth.
