Reviews
Two watchwords run like threads through Dr. Pamphile's meditative book on change: 'monitor' and 'adjust.' In the face of the myriad changes that each of us face in our own lives and in the world around us . . . these watchwords will enable us, trusting in God, to navigate the waters of change, whenever and however they come. This is a hope-filled book. Dr. Pamphile writes clearly and with an easy style. Based on his own experience in Haiti and his awareness of major events throughout the world, he provides practical wisdom about facing and handling change. Dr. Pamphile doesn't stop simply with surviving change, but he inspires us to become agents of change ourselves, relying on God's power as we seek to serve others and build a better world. -- Rev. Dr. James E. Davison, director of continuing education and lecturer in Greek language and exegesis, Pittsburgh Theological Seminary
