They participated in the development of one of the first and most highly recognized academic coaching programs in the country. In addition, they both have years of practical experience coaching college students. Jay Sriram, Washington University in St. Louis, USA

"Academic Coaching is a practical guide for any higher education professional working in a coaching or advising role. The concepts and methods outlined in this book work in career coaching as well. Career coaches benefit from this model because it's practical in nature but grounded in research. All higher education coaches and advisors should add this to their professional library."

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
