Description

The most important factor for managing life and creating peace of mind, happiness, success, confidence and great relationships is to get yourself into a good place emotionally. If you are in a good place emotionally, then you can manage whatever challenges life brings to your door. The best person to decide on what works for you, is you. However, being a human being is never easy, and at times we can be our own worst enemy, experiencing unwelcome emotions, thinking and behaviours. If we could have perfect management of our mind, and be robust and resilient, life would be so much easier; so why can't we? _______________________ This book will: * Explain why and how to manage the struggle within the mind * Help to put you into a good place within yourself * Take you along a path leading to robustness and resilience * Offer you a practical structured programme * Demonstrate how to acquire the skill of mind management. _______________________ Areas covered include: * Improved relationships * Emotional management * Self-confidence * Peace of mind * Happiness * Managing stress. _______________________ 'A Path through the Jungle' is a practical self-development programme, which has eight stages leading to robustness and resilience. Professor Peters uses his Chimp Management Mind Model to explain complex neuroscience in straightforward terms. The book provides the reader with a structured approach, including examples and practical exercises at the end of each unit. By undertaking the programme, it will enable the reader to acquire and maintain psychological health and wellbeing.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
