About the Author

Michael Norton is the founder of the Directory of Social Change - the UK's leading agency providing information, training and support to voluntary organisations, the Centre for Innovation in Voluntary Action (CIVA) and YouthBank UK. He has also established Changemakers and an international summer school for young activists: Young People Change the World! He has also written numerous books on fundraising and charity.
