About the Author
Dr Janet Goodall is a lecturer in educational leadership and management at the University of Bath. Over the last ten years, she has researched and supported parental engagement in children's learning through work with schools and local authorities. She has published widely on the subject in both academic and popular literature. Dr Kathryn Weston is the founder of Tooled Up Education, a digital library of evidence-based resources designed to drive parental engagement in children's lives and learning (www.tooledupeducation.com). Kathryn trains teachers on all aspects of the home-school partnership and offers a wide range of talks to parents.
