About the Author
Jennifer Murray is a senior lecturer in primary education at St Mary's University, Twickenham. Throughout her 16 years of experience in schools and the education sector, Jennifer has developed her passion for promoting and protecting the wellbeing of teachers and learners alike. She is actively engaged in research and resource development to support teacher wellbeing and is committed to empowering early career teachers to prioritise wellbeing in their classrooms. Through lecturing, teaching, mentoring early career teachers and visiting schools, Jennifer has had the privilege of seeing effective approaches to wellbeing in schools and understands the importance of wellbeing being a priority for all.
