About the Author
Nadine has been working in education for 20 years and gained her first headship at the age of 31, being considered at the time as the youngest black Headteachers in the UK. This achievement reflects her passion to challenge stereotypes and redefine norms. Nadine most recently founded Aspiring Heads, a multi-award winning social enterprise that challenges racial disparities within education in the UK. Her work has provided impactful and affordable leadership development for black educators, along with access to culturally competent networks that helps to elevate the next generation of black leaders. Being highly skilled in executive coaching, and fuelled with a passion to support and mentor, she never fails to motivate and inspire others. Nadine is currently Headteacher of a Primary School in South-West London, part of Dunraven Educational Trust. A peer said: "Nadine's drive, dedication and passion for education is infectious. She is a trial blazer in the community helping to support professionals within the education system in positions of leadership to reach their full potential despite. Helping to break through barriers of inequality. Nadine is a role model to educational leaders from ethnic minorities wanting to break the glass ceiling." The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…

Finding a hard to get book on Booksplease and with it not being an over inflated price was great. Ordering was really easy with updates on despatch. The book was packaged well and in great condition. I will certainly use them again.
