About the Author
Dave DeWitt is a food historian and one of the foremost authorities in the world on chile peppers, spices, and spicy foods. DeWitt is also the producer of the National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as well as the founder of the Scovie Awards, which recognize the best fiery foods and barbecue products in the world.

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…
